Dent Rápido ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our site, create an account or subscribe to a routine, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Who we are
Dent Rápido is operated by DENTRAPIDO SL, registered at Calle Hermosilla 56, 1º D, 28001 Madrid, Spain, company number B26635508, VAT ESB26635508. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data.
Information we collect
We collect: • Account details — your name, email address and password (stored securely, never in plain text). • Order and subscription details — the routine you choose, delivery and billing addresses, order history and subscription status. • Payment details — handled directly by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number. • Communications — messages you send us through the contact form or by email. • Usage data — pages visited, device and browser information, and similar analytics data, collected only with your consent (see Cookies below).
How we use your information
We use your data to: • Create and manage your account. • Process and deliver your orders and recurring subscriptions. • Take payment and prevent fraud. • Send service messages about your orders, deliveries and subscription. • Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support. • Improve our products, site and service. • Send marketing communications where you have agreed to receive them.
Legal bases for processing
We process your data on the following bases under the GDPR: • Performance of a contract — to provide the products and subscription you ordered. • Consent — for analytics, marketing cookies and marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time. • Legitimate interests — to secure our site, prevent fraud and improve our service. • Legal obligation — to keep records required by tax and consumer law.
Payments
Payments and recurring subscription billing are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller and processor under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and — only with your consent — Google Analytics 4 and advertising tools from Google and Meta (Facebook) to understand and improve our marketing. Who we share your data with
We share data only with service providers who help us run Dent Rápido, including our payment provider (Stripe), hosting and database provider, email delivery provider, shipping and fulfilment partners, and analytics providers. They may only use your data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.
International data transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account and order data for as long as you have an account with us, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in line with our analytics settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can manage much of your data from your account, or contact us to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children's privacy
Dent Rápido is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data security
We use technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and trusted infrastructure providers — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. This is an initial version and will be reviewed and finalised by our legal advisers.
