These terms govern your use of the Dent Rápido website and the purchase of our oral-care products and subscriptions. By creating an account, placing an order or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
About these terms
Dent Rápido is operated by DENTRAPIDO SL, registered at Calle Hermosilla 56, 1º D, 28001 Madrid, Spain, company number B26635508. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use Dent Rápido
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to order from us. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Subscriptions and billing
Our routines are sold as recurring monthly subscriptions. When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. We will send your products on a regular cycle for as long as your subscription is active. You can also place one-time orders where offered.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the site and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices from time to time; any change to your subscription price will apply only to future billing periods and we will give you notice in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Shipping and delivery
We ship to the addresses and regions shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will put it right.
Pausing and cancelling
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for periods after that. Orders already processed before cancellation will still be delivered.
Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For hygiene reasons, sealed health and personal-care products that have been unsealed after delivery may be exempt from this right. Please contact us before returning any item; full details will be confirmed in our final returns policy.
Product information and health notice
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but Dent Rápido is not a substitute for professional dental advice. Our products support, and do not replace, regular check-ups with a qualified dentist. If you have a specific dental or medical condition, consult your dentist or doctor before changing your routine.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, images, logos and branding — belongs to Dent Rápido or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, access it by unauthorised means, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Our liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from your misuse of the products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here when you place an order. This is an initial version and will be reviewed and finalised by our legal advisers.
